Abstract

There is a limitation of PT fiber optic cable. ICON + so as not to cross the railway line, it is necessary to have a solution or improvement on the fiber optic cable line. The aim is to make improvements so that customers across the railroad are still connected to the fiber optic line. After surveying or collecting data both on desk and on site, the information obtained can be used to make decisions on what steps to take. Information such as fiber optic lines, fiber optic path length, number of joint boxes that are passed are very useful to determine what steps to take. The solution taken to maintain customer connectivity is by conducting fiber optic cable tracking and rehoming customers in the Cicalengka area. Rehoming is the most effective and efficient choice of solution when viewed from fiber optic lines in the area. Keywords: optical fiber, rehoming, Optical Distribution
