Abstract

Bulog is a state-owned public company engaged in food logistics. The company's business scope includes logistics/warehousing, surveying and eradication of pests, the provision of plastic sacks, transport businesses, food commodity trading and retail business. As a company that continues to carry public duties from the government, Bulog continue to keep the basic price of purchase for grain, price stabilization, especially the underlying price, channeling rice for the poor (Raskin) and the management of food stocks . Food commodity stored in the warehouse will suffer damage and depreciation due to attack of various types of warehouse pests. Storage of grain or rice stored in the warehouse Bulog is expected to last a long time with the same quality conditions at the time of entry into the warehouse Bulog, this is because rice will be channeled back to society. In this system the author uses DHT sensor 11 to detect the temperature and humidity in the warehouse Bulog, which will then be in the process on NodeMCU. Then NodeMCU will connect with IFTTT Applets which have been configured with a trigger application called Webhooks and will be connected to the reaction application that the author has chosen, i.e. Email. In this system can send notifications on the smartphone when the temperature is in normal or bad condition. After doing some calculations include the average calculation of the delivery of notifications, variants and standard deviation, it can be concluded that the length of the notification time of delivery needed is 5.938 seconds later for the result Comparison of DHT 11 sensor readings with ThermoHygrometer has a difference of 0.23 °c for temperature parameters while the humidity parameter has a difference of 1 %.
