Abstract

Today's internet connection has become a primary need, which must always be available wherever and whenever. To meet these needs a network that is reliable and can meet the needs of users of the desired internet connection is needed, especially at home. To fulfill your internet connection at home, PT. Telkom Akses has provided a Fiber To The Home or FTTH network that can meet customer needs for a reliable internet connection, because the network made by Telkom Access has used optical fiber which has fast data transfer speeds but has weaknesses that are prone to interference and very sensitive. To support customer needs Telkom Akses has created a monitoring system that helps it serve the needs of its customers, so that if customers experience problems or disturbances, they can be dealt with quickly and precisely. This interference monitoring system can be accessed through the website and only Telkom Access employees can access it. In addition to being able to monitor system interference, it can also provide various information needed by technicians in handling problems experienced by customers.
