Abstract

Website accessibility is one of the critical factors in business success in an institution of higher education. Therefore, every University is essential to know the extent to which its website is easily accessible. Methods for measuring website quality have been developed by New Hybrid Method (NHM) which is a combination of Linear Weightage Model (LWM) and FAHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) methods. However, the technique has some drawbacks, i.e., not representing the relative importance of criteria or alternatives. Besides, in some cases, the FAHP method often results in a weighted value of 0, so that the standards chosen have become meaningless. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new approach that can answer the deficiency, that is using a combination of LWM and LFPP method called New Combination Method (NCM). From the calculation results, it can be seen that the rankings between the two methods do not show the difference. However, the use of natural logarithm of the NCM method can overcome the likelihood that the weight gain is not equal to 0.
