Abstract

Android application for searching a specific place in detail is still very rarely found today. The search application to find out the specific location anyplace in detail urgently needed by society in the search for a site especially for people who are travelling out of the city and is also a community that has yet to get to know the environment on the new city. One city that has a compound community needed a place search application specifically is Purwokerto city. The divesity of the inhabitants of the Purwokerto city is marked with the number of city residents who have Crhistian beliefs and Catholicism. But there are still many communities the city of Purwokerto or expat community who haven’t learned the information along with the layout of the churches in Purwokerto. Because it needed android applications that can help the community of Christian and Catholic religions in the Purwokerto city to know the Chruch and its information search the nearest route thet will be taken to the Chruch. In making the application searches the place along with the place and its specific location needed an algorithm that can search the nearest routes using an algorithm Floyd-Warshall. These application use the Kotlin programming language and the database firebase, so that it can display image Firebase Chruch on the location, name, location address, office phone number, Chruch and worship schedules.The results obtained from black box testing with respondents 30 church adolescents get 83.8% from 100% so it can be declared good.
