Abstract

The medical record information system in Indonesia is still manual, that is, the medical record officer still writes and stores the data on paper, causing an inefficient time, place, service and an old data transfer system. RFID technology is a method for automatic identification used by radio waves to identify objects and read information from a tag that can be used in the health field. In design, the system used to transfer data to RFID using wireless media is hardware Nodemcu Esp8266. The system will work when the RFID tag used as a substitute for the medical card works when it is brought closer to the RFID reader, which then the RFID reader reads and identifies the tag card. The results of the tag card ID number will be displayed on the 2x16 LCD and medical record web as the shipping server. Capture packet analysis based on Quality Of Service (QOS) parameters, namely delay, throughput, jitter, packet loss. Based on the results of testing the packet obtained an average delay of 0.0622 ms, packet loss 0%, jitter 0.0015 ms and throughput 0.793 ms in testing 100 data and 0.031 ms delay, packet loss 0%, jitter 1.76 ms, throughput 0.2 ms. Based on the provisions in accordance with the ITU-T G.1010 standard the results of testing on each parameter get an Excellent result which means the system works well.
