Abstract

The digital era today requires an institution to always maintain and develop their official website. Moreover, the pages of ministries and institutions in Indonesia because the page is one of the means of information and communication between ministries and institutions with the wider community. One that can be used as a motive in the effort to maintain the page is the existence of a system that can show website rankings that interpret the quality of the website by referring to usability aspects. Therefore, this study attempts to create a website ranking system. Linear Weightage (LW) and Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations (CFPR) methods are combined in determining website ranking, where both methods have never been combined in previous studies. The final result of the combination of the two methods shows that the combination of both is able to determine the ranking of the websites of ministries and institutions in Indonesia. Keywords: Website quality, Usability Testing, Linear Weightage, Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations.
