Abstract

Handling of Judicial Practices is inseparable from the matter of proof. The verification file is very important, because it is needed to examine the case in the trial. At present, the file storage of case evidence in North Sumatra Regional Police is still carried out using a hard drive or flash drive. Therefore, there needs to be a system that can store evidence safely and can help law enforcement. This study asks for the help of a system that can help law enforcement in preparing credit applications using the prototype method. Stages in the prototype method: gathering requirements, building prototyping, evaluating prototyping, coding systems, collecting systems, evaluating systems and using systems. In the system test, the system is tested using the system usability scale method. Testing with the system usability scale (SUS) method has been carried out structured and accurate using 10 verifications as a benchmark. Evaluation scores are obtained at a score of 80, the value is obtained from the calculation of the average value of the usability system scale (SUS) of all respondents' scores. Which means the system is declared acceptable (acceptable) and is included in grade B with a good rating. Keywords: Evidence File, System,Prototype, Testing
