Abstract
ABSTRACT Based on surveys that have been conducted in several elementary schools and some place of Qur’an’s education, with an age range of 8 – 10 years known from 62 respondents, they are only 25.8% kids who get used to praying when going or after doing all activities. Many of them said they aren’t well introduced to benefits of practicing daily prayer. So, in a mission to motivate and live this good habits, an approach that is suitable for early childhood is needed through educational game. Educational game are also proven to help brain growth and development, increase focus, accelerate training time. This research uses the Rido and Wijaya’s Game Development Life-cycle (GDLC) method as the game design guidelines, because their GDLC has accommodated all workflows, guidelines and regulations needed in every game development. So the game development process runs more measurably, and efficiently. The results obtained from this research are mobile educational that are appropriate to be spread to the general public, because it has been proven (32.6%) to attract early childhood to practice reading daily prayers, then learning material and media interest as a whole have also been tested by professional experts with values of 73.5% and has also been tested usability using the Korhonen theory with a weight value of 80.8%.
