Abstract

Today's users demand and require speed and convenience of data telecommunications services wherever and whenever. Differences in service quality over the coverage area of an operator result in the need for benchmarking to compare operator performance. Comparing two operators can be done by comparing parameters on the cellular network of the two operators, such as RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power), SINR (Signal to Interference Noise Ratio) and Throughput. From these parameters it can be seen which operator is the target operator and the reference operator. Reference operators are operators that serve as benchmarks because their quality is better based on parameter values. The target operator is the operator that will be analyzed because the quality is not good. After benchmarking the two operators and optimizing the target operators, it can be seen the results of the comparison and the results of optimization. From this study, based on optimization of the antenna azimuth, the RSRP parameter results showed an increase in percentage of 22.26%. While the SINR parameter has an increase in the percentage yield of 13.46%. Throughput parameters have an increase in percentage yields of 11.70%. In the optimization of the mechanical antenna, the RSRP parameter results showed a percentage increase of 36.22%. While the SINR parameter has an increase in percentage yield of 42.31%. Throughput parameters have an increase in percentage yields worth 36.67%. Key Word : Benchmarking, Optimization, RSRP, SINR, Throughput
