Abstract

Fast and practical data processing is also needed in various aspects of life such as aspects of education, health, entertainment, the world of work and aspects of government agencies that are used to convey information to the public to be effective and efficient. This is because computers have advantages in speed, accuracy and efficiency in data processing compared to manual systems. Therefore, according to the statement that has been explained , West Jakarta Administration Mayor Office provides a system that can be used to calculate and manage an expert payroll data effectively and efficiently by using desktop based applications using 2016 Visual Studio tools which contain the iTextSharp library, the nuget package manager and framework.
