Abstract

The development of telecommunications is currently very rapidly once, where communication of information on the present and the future is a combination of information in the form of voice, data, and video, so requires considerable bandwidth, transmission speed of system communication also demand greater speed. One of the devices was very influential in the continuity of the process of transmission distance is the WiMAX Forum certification of interoperability capabilities, namely devices for Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) that will be produced. Devices of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) as the name implies is a promising new technology to a broad bandwidth users. Compared to existing wireless technologies (such as GSM mobile communication) there are differences in the goals of users and its velocity. An existing preferred wireless technology for voice services (voice) and if used to transmit the data will only be retrieved about speed 9600 bps, while promising broadband wireless data service (can contain multimedia data) with speeds between 1 .5Mbps up to 128 Mbps. Broadband wireless technology combines some of the ease of wireless systems that exist, such as the ease and speed of installation, ease-of-care device and ease the growing network.
