Abstract

FTTx is able to provide services up to 2 Gbps more, triple play services, namely data, voice and video. Based on the location of TKO (Optical Conversion Point), FTTx is divided into 4, namely Fiber To The Building (FTTB), Fiber To The Zone (FTTZ), Fiber To The Curb (FTTC), Fiber To The Home (FTTH). FTTH is one of the implementations of fiber optik transmission technology commonly called FTTx which can transmit fast and stable bit rate data to get your home using fiber optik media. Configuring Fiber Access Local Network (JARLOKAF) is the same as in copper access networks, where there are catuan segments. On the FTTx network there is a feeder cable, distribution cable, drop cable, and indoor cable, as well as active devices such as Optical Line Terminals (OLT) and ONU / ONT. The architecture of FTTH consists of OLT - FTM - ODC - ODP - OTP / Roset - ONT. Maintenance of FTTH networks in triple play indihome services includes corrective and preventive, corrective maintenance after disturbance while preventive maintenance is prior to interference. Preventive maintenance includes network problems and improvement of attenuation values in FTTH networks (underspeck). Many factors cause interference with optical devices, ranging from OLT, ODC, ODP and ONT devices. Customer 4 happens passive 1: 8 which causes the transmit value to be bad, customers 2 and 3 bend (bend) after repairing the transmit value to -24.81 dBm and -20.31 dBm. At the customer angle the transmit value after repairing not smaller than -25dBm, indicating that the average customer value that is in accordance with Telkom Indonesia standards is as a bend, connection, and connector on the cable Keywords: fiber to the home, triple play, underspeck
