Abstract

The dude application is used for a device monitoring system that can facilitate monitoring of a location that has constraints or who do not have constraints and can produce information that is quite precise and fast. This monitoring system only requires 1 person to monitor all devices in the room. The method used in making the monitoring system itself is by making it function on probes to see the running temperature. In the field work practice the author did was applied to the Margono Purwokerto Hospital. In the monitoring system there are several colors that appear on the dude application, namely red that indicates that the network has failed or the network is disconnected, yellow indicates that the device is active but there are some links down, and the green indicates that the device is active and good network. In this study, the authors do the results using a proxy network can implement a monitoring system on the application and can facilitate and support employee performance. Application that can be used for various devices in the hospital. Weaknesses in applications if there are no valuable service service probes, network services that can be used such as ping, ftp, smtp, pop3, ssh, disk, telnet. The use of a monitoring system can determine the temperature of the device in the event of a sudden change. From the research conducted can find out the monitoring system in the dude and can find out the physicalization scheme of the physical network. Key: Device, Router, System Monitoring, Temperature.
