Abstract
The technological developments are developing rapidly, many institutions or companies used information technology (IT), one of them is e-government. E-government’s application to institution or company used it as an Electronic Documment Management System (EDMS), without exception the government secretariat of Bantul Yogyakarta. Electronic Documment Management System (EDMS) is an application of technology to save paper and accelerate communication, and increase productivity of business operations. With the system EDMS need to do usability testing with their systems such as Learnability, Memorability, Satisfaction, Efficiency, Errors to be able to measure the level of user satisfaction in using the EDMS system. The overall results of respondents' answers obtained a percentage of 75.55% of questions that were able to be answered, 42.22% of questions that respondents could not answer, which means the edms system is good for each use.
