Abstract

Purbalingga is a developing city today. The District Government through the Office of Communication and Information (DINKOMINFO) provides information on the performance of regional device organizations to the public, so that they can measure the Performance of Purbalingga District Government Agencies. The process of measuring the performance of Purbalingga District Government Agencies which has been carried out manually, which in practice encountered many obstacles, such as the delay in collecting performance data from regional apparatus organizations, so that performance measurement was slow and not timely. To facilitate data management and performance measurement of the Agency, in each regional device organization, a system that can manage it is needed. This proposed system uses a website that will be used by all regional device organizations consisting of secretaries in each regional device organization, planning subdivision head, and one operator from each regional device organization. The results obtained from this PKL are the creation of an ESakip application (Electronic Government Institution Performance Accountability system).
