Abstract

Dika Ardian Dananjaya, creating a Design Design for Complaints of Community Complaints related to Indihome for Customers in Cilacap Central Java in Plasa Telkom Cilacap (Under the guidance of Mochammad Ulin Niam) The process of implementing street vendors is held on 1-31 August 2018 The internet is a basic need for society. Internet speed and prices for affordable internet packages are the main target of the community considering companies that provide internet services. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia as the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia provides Indihome services consisting of several packages with a certain speed and price. Many people choose Indihome as their internet service, but it is still not optimal in responding to customer complaints about Indihome services. This is related to the response of services provided in the form of filling out forms provided by customer service or making phone calls, usually after the customer submits a complaint, is not immediately followed up, so that the customer waits for an answer to the time of repair and can inconvenience. From this problem a draft of an Android-based customer complaint application was created using software called Inkscape version 0.91 which was made as closely as possible with an eyecatching interface so that it was easily understood by all people.
