Abstract

Information technology is one of the technologies that used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, saving, manipulating data in producing information that has quality, that is relevant information, accurate and on time. The strength of goverment organization will be very depends on information or knowledge that he has.Information will become elematal adhesives in the organization. Implementation technology in the goverment known as e-goverment. One of the system form: e-Goverment is EDMS. Electronic document management system is that using to face problems of filing. In testing of the system so we need method usability testing. This usability testing is based on 5 components that is system edms learnbility efficiency memoriability errors and satisfaction.
