Abstract

The current technological developments arguably quite high, where the computer can recognize a variety of objects like a human, this technology is called artificial intelligence. Technological developments also affect on the ability of the digital image technology relating to introduction of objects such as handwriting recognition. Handwriting recognition takes a digital image technology in charge of processing photos for the predictable, because basically the image obtained is the result of capture from the camera. Because the image of the photo type is RGB, and it's hard to scan for or detect where the object instead of the object, This is where image processing is in charge to process the photos follow a standard that has been set up to be processed in the next step. On image processing is the author using OpenCV module, because a lot of the references are easy to come by, in addition to simple, many researchers are using this module. In addition OpenCV also supports the Python programming language that used the author to make handwriting recognition project and has features that support the project.
