Abstract
Today the data entry system is widely used by companies as a data storage media. The problem experienced by the data entry system in Witel Purwerto is that customer data can still be duplicated, and also the data in the field (actually) are not in accordance with those in the database, this results in longer data searches, and ineffective work. This analysis aims to minimize data that is not in accordance with what is in the field and reduce duplicate data. The benefit of this report is that the incoming data is easier to know, the accuracy of the data is more guaranteed, and the data will enter the database faster. The author uses the method of discussion in data collection. This method is done by analyzing the problems that occur and finding solutions related to these problems so that they can be solved together to get a solution. During the implementation of the PKL / KP activities the author carries out work in accordance with the instructions and direction of the field supervisor. During the PKL / KP activities the work of the writer is specifically placed in the scope of DAMAN. The part that is done is focusing on updating ODP location coordinates, data validation, and data turnover. Data Entry is very necessary to equalize the data in the field (actually) with the database, data entry systems are needed because data can change every day.
