Abstract
System of Computer Assisted Test (CAT) is a method of examination with computer tools used to obtain minimal standards of basic competencies as well as the standard of the competence of personnel. CAT system was conceived by Ditjen Pos Devices and Resources and Informatics (SDPPI) of the Ministry of communications and Informatics of the State certification exam for radio. CAT system used to facilitate the management, monitoring and evaluation of the conduct of the State Certification Test Radio Operator and can be integrated with applications elicensing certification of Radio operators. This system can be integrated with web-based applications (xml). The use of a CAT system consists of the reading and modification of the question bank for the State examination package using LCM method used to generate the sequences or sequences of numbers as a result of the calculation with a computer the known distribution so that those figures appear in random and can be used continuously. With the LCM method to question bank can expect CAT provide different question randomization test for State certification of radio so that graduates of the tests really are the best graduates.
