Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries in the field of telecommunications. Various types of companies engaged in telecommunications already exist in Indonesia, one of which is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Many sophisticated systems exist in telecommunications companies that store data using a database, but there is a database system that has not helped employees to facilitate their work in storing and collecting data of customers who wish to register as INDIHOME customers. Customer data can be stored in a database system that is safe and easy to do customer data processing. The database system that the author wants to do is using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. For this reason the author wants to make a system to assist employees in collecting and storing customer data. The author hopes that after designing the storage system and customer data collection is complete, can be used and developed for making applications from the system, so that the system can be more effective and efficient so as to produce accurate information.
