Abstract

Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian is a government institution which one of the functions to find out work at the Jakarta area station. The reporting system at this institution still uses manual email. An application system with an interactive design is needed that can help process the report automatically. Therefore it is necessary to design an application system interface design that is in accordance with the needs of the user. The design of the application design which will be used as a development tool that can provide workers information to Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian, is designed by making a website application using a bootstrap framework which is expected to make the display easier to use. The results of the interface design of this system can be the final interface design that fits the user's needs so that it is easy to use.
