Abstract

Quality assurance is needed at every stage of the system life cycle, there are some common characteristics about the need for system quality assessment, among others, all good system projects must fulfill the exact calculation according to the system functions built and the business processes described in the software requirements document, called Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Change Request (CR). System quality assurance is known as system testing carried out by Quality Assurance, one system testing method is black box testing. The Faceoffice Corporate system that is being built has not yet been tested. Quality Assurance applies the black box testing method, by testing the system at the unit testing and integration testing stage, while unit test deal with small units of system or module and integration tests deal with several units that combine into a subsystem. Each function or system module is tested, not only in accordance with the expected results. A re-test is needed until it reaches a good system feasibility test. After several re-tests, the results of testing the Faceffice Corporate system show that each function or module tested has achieved a good feasibility test. The test results are as expected and the business process refers to the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Change Request (CR) document. Keywords : Black Box Testing, Quality Assurance, Systtem Testing
