Abstract

Entering the first semester of the Telkom Institute of Technology, Purwokerto, the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Informatics study program in compiling Tridharma reports still uses Microsoft Access systems. The Program Chair must check one by one the work plan in the form of hardcopy files one by one, money and time to store information on the Tridharma. The purpose of the reporting and performance monitoring information system is to enable companies to report on Tridharma activities, not to use Microsoft Access and the Chair of the Study Program not to monitor one-byone activity reports. For archiving work plans in hardcopy can be reduced. The method used in making this system is Rapid Application Development (RAD). Data collection can be done by searching for libraries from journals, books, and other supporting references, conducting interviews with study program heads and lecturers, giving questionnaires to the system to lecturers. This system is built using the web with identity menus, staffing menus, academic menus, title menus, research menus, service menus, and support menus. The results obtained based on functionality techniques get good grades with 99% study program and 100% chairman. Keywords—RAD, reporting and monitoring, Tridharma
