Abstract

The number of client who come to the office of Camp Bebas Riba (CBR) for consulting make services provided by employees less than the maximum, therefore required a system used to load client data who will consult and donate, one of them is making design design database CBR . Data collection was obtained by interview and observation method to research location. The method used for design is the prototype method, starting from collecting system requirements, analyzing needs, making prototype, prototype evaluation, coding system until testing system. At the prototype evaluation stage there is a change in the flow of the system by the customer so that the client can see the information of consultation and donation more easily. Information system testing is done with black box testing conducted by 9 respondents from clients and CBR officers. The results of the test state that all functions are successfully executed according to the test points. Keywords—information systems, riba, consultation, donation, prototype model
