Abstract

ASO Unit (Access Service Operation) is one of the units at PT. Telkom Access Purwokerto and the unit's main task is to make repairs to the disturbances that occur after installation of indohome services. The disturbance discussed in this report is a type of loss disorder which is indicated by a loss indicator or a pon indicator on the customer ONT that lights up and blinks. The method used by the author in making fieldwork practice reports is a practicum method or directly into the field with the technician PT. Telkom Access Purwokerto to resolve loss disturbances that occur in indihome services at the customer's home. Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it can be seen that loss interference is most often caused by broken cables, damaged ONT or adapters on damaged ODP. And the most frequent handling of interference is to connect fiber optic cables. Keyword : interference, indihome, FTTH.
