Abstract
Cellular technology especially in 3G and 4G technology has been widely used by the general public. The birth of the technology with all the advantages promised compared to the previous technology has led us to the era of super fast mobile data communication. To find out how much the development of the quality of current technology networks. So, a study of the network quality performance in Batang regency was conducted by comparing 3 Operators A, B and C in the parameters of Mode Technology, RSCP, EcNo, RSRP, SINR, Bandwidth and Throughput with performance standards from Operator A. in conducting quality comparisons network on 3 operators in the regency area, the author uses the actix analyzer software, the software can see the quality of the network for the parameters that have been determined. From this study it can be concluded that operator A has better performance compared to operators B and C in terms of 4G Coverage and Throughput while for operator B is good in terms of bandwidth and for operator C is good in terms of RSCP so for Operators B and C in the region The regency stems need to optimize the quality of the network..
