Abstract
Internet network is a form of communication between the computer networks in the world, the Internet is their computer that is on the remote distance can communicate with each other, exchange information and resources. Communication that occurs between the computer in real time at that time also. With facilities - facilities that continue to be developed, the Internet is able to overcome the communication media and information that is at this time. Minimum requirements that must be owned by a user to build a network must have at least IP Address and Domain Name Server (DNS). And to get a fast enough connection and the right of access to certain websites, then there is a need to set the proxy for internet connections that are accessed by the user. To divide the bandwidth evenly to all users, then there should limiting bandwidth so that bandwidth is not used only on one user only, but can be spread evenly to all users. Bandwidth management method to configure using the Queue Tree. Mikrotik is an operating system designed specifically for use as a router.
