Abstract

The advancement of the technology world has caused the need for telecommunications every year to increase. Considering that Telecommunication needs are very important for human life, they must receive special attention and increase every year. PT. Picotel Nusantara Semarang is present as a Subcontractor company engaged in Telecommunication. PT. Picotel Nusantara Semarang as a partner of Telkomsel doing Maintenance, Antenna Installation and Benchmarks for the Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region. In accordance with the contract approved by PT. Picotel Nusantara Semarang with Telkomsel in one year there are three rounds for Data and Voice Benchmarks.
