Abstract
The development of communication technology is currently growing rapidly. With the development of information technology and the increasingly open trade in national and international will greatly affect the pace of world development, among others, increasing economic growth in industry, trade and services in the country. The development of users of telecommunications technology in Indonesia has resulted in the development of information technology capable of shifting the communication media into a major need, where cellular telephones become goods that are commonly used by the public. PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) is engaged in the business of providing network infrastructure construction and management services. In managing network infrastructure, a design is needed. Therefore, the author conducts research in managing network infrastructure by designing distribution channels using Google Earth to obtain bill of quantitty (BOQ), management core (mancore) data and do pastrhrought.
