Abstract
Development of information technology advances everywhere can be used to communicate with each other which is increasingly affordable and affordable. Along with the development of computer networks based on the increasingly fast TCP / IP protocol, it is possible to skip voice packet traffic. This is the Design and Implementation of VoIP can be done by using several devices using a PC from an existing computer.
