Abstract

The development of telecommunications technology in the world occurs very rapidly due to the need to communicate and exchange data quickly, easily and mobile. One technology that supports communication needs is fiber optic networks. Optical fiber network is the main telecommunications network based on optical fiber, connecting between provincial capitals and / or other networks that connect cities / districts so that the ring configuration is formed. The development of users of telecommunications technology in Indonesia has resulted in the development of information technology capable of shifting the communication media into a major need, where cellular telephones become goods that are commonly used by the public. PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) is engaged in the business of providing network infrastructure construction and management services. In managing network infrastructure, a design is needed. Therefore, the author conducts research in managing network infrastructure by designing distribution channels using Google Earth to obtain bill of quantitty (BOQ) and management core (mancore) data and do pastrhrought.
