Abstract

The distribution network is a means to siphon electricity from plant to consumers. Distribution network used to distribute the flow of electrical energy to supply often have impaired the flow of electricity to consumers. In this case the distribution network must use protective equipment Recloser to securing the smooth supply of electricity. SCADA system consist of a Master Station (MS), Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and communication channels betwen MS. SCADA system on the electrical grid required RTU mounted on the Central Power Network Plants and Substation. RTU is the direct supervisor and the unit that controls the operation of the center (Master Control) with the RTU allows MS to collect data and carry out control
