Abstract
Blank Spot is a location point that has not got telecommunication network in other words not covered by telecommunication tower and its device that is BTS (Base Transceiver Station). The things that cause the blank spot is basically due to not reaching the telecommunication network from the BTS at the point of location or an area. Guyedmast tower is chosen because it is still temporary and affordable by the point of location that is very difficult to reach by transportation or isolated though, so it can be tested at that point for a year, if in a period of one year the subscriber usage by certain operator increases then the operator will apply permanent tower building. TBiG as a telecommunication tower company is a core business for telecommunication network supporting facilities and infrastructure which includes network planning, land acquisition, licensing, construction and construction, and operation and maintenance for cellular operators. In conducting ATP (Acceptance Test Protocol) work, there are several things examined include Construction of building foundation, Level of tower security, BTS device security, ACPDB security, and kwh meter, Jamper condition inspection on busbar, baud installation, Measurement of slope level of Maleedmast tower, Measurement grounding, Voltage Measurement.
