Abstract
Growing number of customers and the changes on the device then causes the increasing data traffic in Sentral. In doing so may cause the device experiencing interference in small to large scale. Then to anticipate complaints from customers of PT. Telkom Indonesia especially in the area surrounding Gambir STO doing routine maintenance activities backing up data at a central point in when the occurrence of data transfer device or happens problem.
