Abstract

PT. Tower Bersama Group Semarang is a branch of head office located in Semarang. Which is engaged in telecommunication. The purpose of this report is to know how the process of building the BTS (Tower Base Transceiver Station) Tower on the Telecommunication Cellular Network Division (JTS) PT.Tower Bersama Group Semarang, the results of what the materials or production development schedule of BTS Tower, controlling the production, what factors are the solutions in the development process of building BTS Tower, and to know the efforts made to overcome the control that occurred. Writing method used in preparing Practice Work Report This field is a description method, the authors describe or explain based on the results of observations made by the authors during the Field Work Practice at PT. Tower Bersama Group Semarang. Implementation of Production Process The construction of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) Tower is done by two teams, the SITAC team whose job is to find the location for the construction of BTS Tower and ask for permission to the local residents. While the team CME (Civil Mechanical Electrical) and the workers who carry out the construction of the BTS Tower. Implementation of Production Process Development of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) Tower performs supervision and control which is better known by the name of BMW, that is Quality and Time Cost. In establishing the right operating program, the company leader must be able to set goals of operations, selecting and analyzing products in the form of goods or services to be generated. Then the company leader must plan and execute the right strategy, to realize the predetermined production and operation objectives.
