Abstract

Development of telecomunnications technology in which transmission medium is divided into two, by using cable and wireless transmission. Cable transmission example is twisted pair cable, coaxial cable, and fiber optic cables. As the growing technology and the needs of people who is using and needs of the internet. To be able to enjoy a smooth internet use then need a network that can connect to the internet and an example is copper network. Copper network itself is a network with use of copper cable or copper wires that pulled up to the customer. With a big needs over internet then it will cause problems. Problems will arise from a wide variety of such causal wires disconnected or damaged cables which caused the loss of many partiesm both parties to the customer or the provider of internet network. To be able to monitoring disruptions and maintenance periodically the internet network providers have web its called NOSS-A (New Operation Support System Assurance) that serves as a means to report all sorts of disorders and as a job resume that has been done by employees.
