Abstract
In meeting the needs of communication in the Banyumas official government, Dinkominfo as a provider of access to communications using PABX system technology to facilitate the management of telephone systems. By using copper cable, Santel acts as operator and PABX server. The role of the operator is important when connecting calls from the caller to the intended number manually. But with the large number of phone numbers and caller request who want to serve quickly, \Dinkominfo makes an app that resembles a digital phone book. Only need to enter the name or the phone number and then the list of phone numbers will be displayed. Key words : PABX, operator, application
