Abstract

Practicum in field of PT. Aitikom Synergy Central Jakarta on 03 July 2017 until 04 August 2017 discusses about the drive test. There are several methods that are done at the time of drive test, namely the method of SSV (Single Site Verification), SSO (Single Site Optimization) and Cluster. At the time of the field work practice there are problems namely call failure due to several factors such as cross feeder, the location of customers who are outside of the range of BASE STATIONS and networks that are crowded. To tackle the problems above can be done by optimizing the network periodically which will help decrease the quality of the network. How to do optimization used in network that undergoes cross feeder is to do a drive test using the methods of the SSV (Single Site Verification). Method (SSV) Single site verification is done on a new site on air with a coverage area closer to do the checking of fungsionality such as voice call, video call and download. The software used at the time of the drive test is GENEX GENEX & PROBE ASSISTANT 3.16. As for the equipment used is a laptop, mobile phones, data cable, Global Positioning System (GPS). optimization cross feeder done at the practice of field work performed in the area of Tangerang. The parameters become a benchmark to measure the quality of voice/data on the 4G LTE network is by calculating the call drop, serving call measuremets, signaling, map.
