Abstract

Practice work / practical work is one of the subjects that must be implemented in the even semester for all students of Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. This activity is intended for students to have a picture of the world of work that will develop in fact, to improve skills and insights and to multiply the ability of each student in the problems that arise in the field work. Implementation of practical work activities in this place at PT. Telkom Aksess Purwokerto part of Witel Integrated Operations Center (IOCW). This section is responsible for performing the OSM (Order Service Management) manual process. OSM is the brain of an orchestration fulfillment machine residing in NOSS (Next Generation OSS) applications. The functions of OSM are for preliminary purposes, notation and.
