Abstract

Rapid technological developments provide many benefits such as the delivery of information so quickly that any information can be monitored in real time or on a moment's notice, it is done to get an accurate information. Wireless communication is one of the techniques of communication to convey information using radio waves to replace cable as the sender of the information. Wireless communication using a form of electromagnetic energy that propagate through air space. In rainy season often several regions in indonesia hit by floods every year, which caused huge losses to the residents affected by the flooding. To find out more quickly the oncoming flood then needed a flood early warning system. The purpose of this research is to make water level monitoring system that is easy to dioprasikan and effectively to detect the coming flood. The system uses a series of simple water level control and radio transmitter as the water level report. In this final Task FM transmitter made capable of generating power of 0.5 Watt output with the input voltage between 12 volt up to 13.8 volts frequency that works on 104,0 MHz and range that can be emitted as far as 20 meters with the highest output power of-27 dBm. The quality of FM radio beam or determined by strengthening power booster and matching his antenna. If water levels rise over 2.5 meters then the water level control will activate the siren and the relay will activate the transmitter and indicates that status in a State of alert and when the increase exceeds 5 meters then the condition of being aware.
