Abstract

One of the problems that often occur in the STT Telkom Telematics Purwokerto is light and extinguish the electric device the daily is often done manually by employees of the campus. Of problems that often occur, then the writer observe and conduct research can fix the problems that often occur in the STT Telkom Telematics Purwokerto. Research conducted with utilization of Raspberry Pi is to control and monitor an existing electrical devices in STT Telkom Telematics Purwokerto. Research conducted using one Single Board Computer (SBC). Raspberry Pi has many functions, one of its functions is as a web server. By using the General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) feature on the Raspberry Pi, Every electrical device on the STT Telkom Purwokerto Telematics can be controlled, Electrical device and turn out well. The communication control that is doing by using a web server is using TCP / IP and HTTP. The use of the relay that already consists of a series of relays and LED indicators. The relay using which is already consists of a series of relays and LED indicators. Raspberry Pi is also used as a relay driver to control each relay that is used as a switch that will control the AC voltage to turn on or turn off a electrical devices. The web server as a remote control is by utilizing a wireless network on the LAN. The test results with the control on a web server that can control and receive the status of the electrical devices that is controlled, show that the control is going well. Seen that the GPIO pins that are enabled successfully are sent instructions to control the electrical devices announcement. the electric device control is done manually in the STT Telkom Telematics Purwokerto can be overcome by having control of the electric device using a web server.
