Abstract

As the development of technology and of the ineffectiveness and inefficient controling system, it makes the technology creates a system which is capable in maintaining the beauty of the city along day and night. Many city facilities should be treated well, but nowadays they are not well-treated because they have been obsolete. In this case is the existency of a fountain and its lights which are irradiating the city fountain during the night. Actually, people will be easier to control and monitor those facilities when tey are always near those facilities. However, it makes difficulties for people to do that, everyday. People should keep the beauty of the city and make it more attractive such as giving a fountain and lights on it. Thus, people need a monitoring system to make sure whether the fountain and its lights work properly or not. When the illumination is not work properly, the monitoring system will immediately send a notification, it will be repaired quickly and appropriately by the officers. The title of the fountain and lights monitoring system needed because there is problem to be solved in monitoring this facility. The purpose of this research is to build an effective and efficient system so that the city officers should. The methodology will be used are system design , data collection , research parameters and analysis method . By creating the monitoring system, it will obtain the result that , namely the value of the ADC of 646 binary at the time water flows, while at a time when water is not flowing while at the time the water is not flowing produces a smaller ADC value 29 binary. On the sensor generates an ADC value of LDR big binary 616 at the moment there is no light, and at the moment there is a light produces a smaller ADC value of 84 binary.
