Abstract
The development of electronic technology has grown quickly. One of them is microcontroller. The microcontroller is a microprocessor system, it is consists of several parts that are used as central control like trainer. A trainer can be used as a media to do some experiments according to a program. Therefore the objective of this final project to make microcontroller with 28 pins as a learning media to know the process and test the microcontroller trainer of ATmega with 28 pins. The result is a trainer with input and output components so can be used for experiments such as turn on the LED, display character on LCD, display character on dot matrix, display character on seven segment and recall the ring of buzzer.
