Abstract
Petty cash is an essential element in the company's operations, used for daily expenses such as office supplies, water dispensers, and work meetings. Breezelabs.id, an IT development team, currently manages petty cash manually using ledgers and Excel, which are not integrated with their major cash journaling in the Accounting module of Odoo. This impracticality drives the development of an integrated petty cash recording system with Odoo. This research aims to develop a petty cash module connected to the Accounting module to ensure data synchronization and facilitate financial management. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used to expedite the system development process. The petty cash module developed in Odoo can better monitor expenditures and income. This system has been tested using black box testing methods and has proven to meet the needs of the Breezelabs.id team. The new petty cash system is now integrated with major cash journaling in Odoo, ensuring smooth and accurate financial management processes. Keyword: ERP, IT, Odoo, Petty Cash, RAD
