Abstract
Tourism plays a crucial role in the economic development of a region but often faces challenges in the management and marketing of tourist destinations. Wana Wisata Baturraden, a popular tourist area, also encounters various issues in management and promotion. Based on observations and interviews, several significant problems were identified, such as inefficiencies in the ticket management system, which is still handled manually, limited information available to visitors, and a lack of effective promotional media in Wana Wisata Baturraden. The objective of this research is to design and implement a Village Tourism Management Information System as a solution to improve the management and promotion of tourist destinations in Wana Wisata Baturraden. This system was developed using an Android-based application with the Kotlin programming language and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, focusing on facilitating direct ticket booking, efficiently managing and tracking ticket orders, and automatically recording ticket sales and prices within the system. The results of the study indicate that the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) testing provided positive feedback on the Village Tourism Management Information System application, with attractiveness scoring 1.54, perspicuity 1.67, efficiency 1.66, dependability 1.50, stimulation 1.40, and novelty 0.95. All aspects received positive feedback. Black box testing also demonstrated the reliability of the application. Positive responses from managers confirm the success of this application in enhancing the management of tourist destinations, including online ticket sales, information management, and record-keeping. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development and maintenance of tourist destinations in Wana Wisata Baturraden.
