Abstract

Inventory management is the recording of data related to goods or assets within an organization. Typically, activities involved in inventory management include recording the acquisition, placement, movement, and maintenance of goods. Proper management of inventory is essential to ensure the smooth operation of an organization. An inventory information system is utilized to facilitate the inventory management process. A church serves as a place for the spiritual growth and fulfillment of the Christian community, focusing on serving the society and managing knowledge effectively. However, the inventory management of HKBP Purwokerto Church is currently done manually, using books for recording and maintaining inventory items. Therefore, there is a need for a website that can assist in identifying and organizing inventory stock/items more efficiently and systematically in the long term. To achieve this, the development of a web-based information system for the inventory of HKBP Purwokerto Church requires the implementation of the Scrum method. This approach aims to ensure effectiveness and efficiency during the implementation, allowing the system to assist in searching for available items needed by the church. Ultimately, by implementing this information system, it is expected to benefit both directly and indirectly related parties. Keywords: Agile, Church, Goods, Inventory, Website.
