Abstract

Mara Creative Studio, a photography and videography service provider on Jl. Sultan Agung No.26, Karanggayam, Teluk, Banyumas Regency, faced operational obstacles due to the use of manual recording. This research aims to overcome this problem by developing a web-based photo studio information system using the Lean software development method. The main focus of this research is to improve efficiency in ordering and recording transaction data. payment processing, and creating transaction reports in the studio. The Lean software development method is applied to create efficient, high-quality solutions and provide maximum value in software development. The developed system involves responsive user interface design and efficient database integration. Key features include an easy photo ordering process with online payment options and the ability to download transaction reports. System testing is carried out to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The results of the study show that the information system developed has been tested and succeeded with a 100% percentage, which means that the feature has run well.
