Abstract

Aquos Laundry, a laundry company located in Purwokerto City, is committed to enhancing efficiency and service quality by adopting automation technology in its operations. Currently, the laundry process is manual, and to overcome these limitations, the author intends to develop the Aquos Laundry application. This application is expected to eliminate barriers in manual implementation. Leveraging technology, Aquos Laundry customers will be able to engage efficiently in the laundry process through the application. It is anticipated that customers can easily book laundry services on Aquos devices, monitor laundry progress, and enjoy more effective laundry services through this application. In the development of the Aquos Laundry application, we employ the Design Thinking method to ensure that the User Interface (UI) meets customer needs and expectations optimally. Additionally, we conduct research using EyeTracking technology to ensure that the designed User Interface provides an intuitive and efficient user experience. By adopting this technology, Aquos Laundry aims not only to improve internal operational efficiency but also to provide a better customer experience and advance laundry services into the modern era.
